First of all I choose this image because, well, I love Harry Potter and thought this was cute. But, mainly, because I believe it posses a real question up for debate that is centered around what makes one belief more sacred or sane than any other. What makes a religion, such as catholicism, with an entity(God), acceptable to believe in and worship, but not a book like Harry Potter. They are both worlds that have an enormas base of believers taht truly worship their stories and ideals. Religion, as stated in the dictionary, is the belief and worship of a superhuman controling power. Well, Harry Potter is about witches and wizards with magic; the Bible is a book about a God with superhuman powers as well. So, whats thedifference?
