Pastors on Decline: Could Religious Leaders Vanish in the U.S?

As secularism takes a stronger hold on our society over the last century, a common indifference towards religion has started to take root in the majority of young people. With growing disinterest in religion rising there is a decline in the number of pastors over the last few decades. How will a diminishing population of local religious leaders affect the population of young people curious about the religion they believe in?
