Hello I just read an article about Protestantism from a website called Khan Academy. They talk about how it started and became popular throughout the years. I decided to go with this topic because it can relate with the topic of Martin Luther and the movie that was seen in class. I really find this article interesting because out of all of its point it can be related to the idea that Martin Luther had about faith and the church.
In this article, it talks about many protestant churches that have grown from Martin Luther, who started this believe. It states that the church and the state should be different from one another and that they shouldn’t be compared. They have different symbolism and different visions towards a “healthy” life.
In this article, it talks about indulgences and how they were used to make a profit for people’s salvation. In the movie that we watched there are many correlations to indulgences and how Martin Luther proves it wrong.

This correlates to any idea that Martin Luther had about the church and its believes.
