Luther Movie Review

Martin Luther is a German monk who is sent to Rome to continue to learn and teach more about his religion. After arriving in Rome, he realizes that they are just money hungry and not out to help the people. Luther is a man who takes the scripture very seriously and questions anything he thinks needs to be addressed. By doing so he gets a lot of followers to listen to him and his interpretation of the bible. The church is not happy about this as Luther eventually gets his interpretations published. When prompted to agree with the church in his hearings, he goes against it, resulting in his books being burnt. This movie does a good job at showing how determined and inspired Martin Luther was to his religion. He never settled but rather wanted people to know what the bible had to say.
