This is a photo of the entrance to my house. The moment anyone walks in this is what they see. I seem to pass it day by day through the years and never really think twice about it. However, on most nights I can see my mom lighting a candle here and spending hours at a time kneeling in front of it. She always seems a lot calmer after doing this as it gives her peace. Faith is extremely important wether you believe in it or not. I have seen first hand how it can make a positive impact on someones life. My mother every week changes the roses and she says that it resembles her ongoing commitment to her faith. Faith is what keeps a lot of people going and that is very necessary an everyday life.
